DIRECTIONS TO START: A suggested route from Congleton is to drive south on the A34 to Astbury and turn left on to Peel Ln. continuing onto Moss Rd. At the end of Moss Rd. turn right onto Leek Rd. At the traffic lights continue on to Reade's Ln, then continue onto Beat Ln, until you meet the A523 the Macclesfield-Leek Rd. Turn left on to the A523. After approximately half a mile, turn left onto Station Ln. and the Knot Inn is 200yds on the left.
