26/07/2016 GW. Good walk. In cloud from Swirl Hause to Coniston Old Man. Cloud cleared on the Old Man then returned on way to Dow Crag. Cleared coming of Brown Pike. Some glimpses of views which on a good day would be very good. Met Hosaih who came from Nerja originally but now living in Formby. Did rest of walk from Wetherlam with him. Took 6 hours 42 minutes. Distance 13.53 miles. Height gain 3765 feet.
