08/04/25 Mo and Malc : beautiful walk and must be amongst the easiest Wainwrights to conquer. The first part takes you alongside a stream on a narrow path that is very, very boggy and has fallen away in a couple of places. The climb to the top is gentle and easy and then a walk along the gentle rise of the Fell. Beautiful Views. The descent is very steep, blister inducing. D needs to be taken carefully. Best not to do in the wet. Descent is grass not stone and rock.
