I’m a British Cycling Level 2 and Track Coach. I studied an Adventure Recreation B.A degree, hold C.T.C. Offroad Trail and Technical Mountain Bike leader qualifications and am a Bikeability instructor trainer  working with young people since 2005. A Safer Urban Driving instructor since 2016. Insured with British Cycling, British Orienteering. 

My main coaching is now Orienteering sport; teaching navigation at speed in outdoors spaces around Dorset and beyond, for schools, activity centres and privately. Competing nationally and occasionally Internationally
